Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
Exceptions may only be made if:

The product arrives severely damaged due to shipping.
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photos of the product and packaging.
1st Class Perfume reserves the right to review all claims and determine eligibility for replacement at its sole discretion.
